Checking in on Your Draft Review
If your draft hasn’t been reviewed within 3–4 business days:
- Open your draft’s Story Settings.
- Click “Message the editorial team.”
- Send your note — it will appear directly in the editors’ inbox.
- Expect a reply within 1–2 days.

Getting Support for Purchased Services
You can contact support directly from any service order page.
Quick message options include:
- When will my purchase take effect?
- I don’t see the translation on my story page.
- Something went wrong with payment.
- I cannot activate this service.
- How can I cancel my order?
- Something else.
Selecting an option opens a conversation with support inside your Inbox.
